Technology

Connected systems. Clear ownership. Practical integration.

TYO combines Java-based backend engineering, web and mobile applications, service-oriented integration and practical data technologies. The architecture connects five specialized business systems while preserving product boundaries, account ownership and role-specific interfaces.

A five-layer view of the ecosystem

This conceptual model explains how people, business systems, integrations, data technologies and optional intelligence work together. It is a public architecture view, not a claim that every deployment uses one physical stack or identical infrastructure.

01

Experience & channels

Consumer apps and web, merchant and staff tools, supplier interfaces, workforce apps and product-specific administration.

02

Five business systems

TYOWLT, TYOBIZ, TYOWORK, TYOLIFE and TYOMART retain specialized business responsibilities.

03

Integration services

Defined APIs and services connect selected identity, merchant, payment, order and business relationships.

04

Data & connection

Product-specific data stores, caching, search, storage and external providers support each deployment.

05

Intelligence

Reporting, operational insight and optional AI assistance can extend connected business data.

The five systems can operate independently and do not depend on a universal account or database. In connected deployments, the responsible system remains authoritative for its records while other products keep only the local representation needed for their work.

Verified engineering foundation

Java is the primary backend foundation. Product-specific implementations use established Spring technologies, APIs, web administration and mobile clients. Relational data, cache, search and storage technologies are selected according to the system and deployment.

Data ownership and permissions

Consumer, merchant, employee, dealer and supplier accounts retain defined ownership. Synchronization carries the minimum necessary information, and integration does not merge authentication, permissions or business responsibility.

Flexible deployment context

Deployment topology, external providers and integration scope are determined for the project. Standard solutions, integrations and customized engagements can be considered without claiming that every product uses the same cloud or on-premise model.

Connected environments

Designed for variable connectivity

TYO is intended for operating environments where connectivity may vary. Architecture and deployment planning can use resilient synchronization and suitable channels according to the verified product capability and local conditions.

This does not mean that every transaction works fully offline. The available behavior depends on the product, interface, provider connection and agreed deployment design. Technical discovery confirms these boundaries before implementation.

Optional supporting layer

Add intelligence where it creates value

For suitable deployments, connected business data and private organizational knowledge can support AI-assisted analysis and service experiences. AI remains subordinate to the five core systems and human operators retain control of important decisions.

  • Natural-language operational analysis and flexible statistics
  • Private business knowledge retrieval for organizational rules and processes
  • Rule-based controls combined with AI-assisted risk signals
  • AI-assisted service responses with human handover where needed
